Sarah Cooper passes dissertation defense

Sarah Cooper, PhD, passed her dissertation defense on Feb. 27. 

Dr. Cooper’s presentation was on her dissertation “’We Felt Powerful and Rebellious’: Contested Spaces, Lesbian Identity, and the Evolution of Separatism.” 

Her dissertation project explores how spatial practices intersect with lesbian identity.
